Hi blog viewers welcome back to the covid 19 series today I baked a sponge cake and did you know this recipe has been in the cook book since the 1930s I know. I haven't tasted the cake yet but I still think I did really well on it. I would like to give credit to Edmonds because I got the recipe out of there cook book. Oh my goodness Eloise! What a stunning looking cake! I bet you had a very happy family tonight. I haven't made this cake before but the Edmonds cook book is definitely one of my favourites. ReplyDeleteI have made some cookies,3 batches of brownies,two logs of lolly cake,chocolate nests and I have made some mushroom soup with my Grandma.
