Women's rights

    Women definitely deserve equal representation on currency, and I like that you want to keep Kate Sheppard on the $10 note for all that she did for New Zealand. It was hard work getting women the right to vote, but Kate Sheppard fought on and made New Zealand the first country to ever do so in 1893. Do you know any cool facts about Mrs Sheppard?

    Suppose instead the New Zealand government decided to invent a $70 note. Are there any famous or successful New Zealand women who you think should have their pictures printed on it? Perhaps Lorde or Jean Batten.
